taste

“Sasaichi” nama sake is an extremely rich and flavorful sake that is bottled unpasteurized. Nama-no-genzake has a higher alcohol content than regular sake, and its aroma and flavor are richer and more complex.

Sasaiichi’s Nama-no-Harazake includes a product called “Sasaiichi Nama-shu Unfiltered Harazake”. This product is brewed using 100% Yamadanishiki grown in the company’s own rice fields in Yamanashi Prefecture, with koji made from home-grown bacteria. In addition, by bottling the freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake without storing it, the original flavor of the ingredients can be enjoyed.

“Sasaiichi” can be purchased at liquor stores in Yamanashi Prefecture or online at the Sasaiichi Shuzo online store. However, since the alcohol content of nama sake is high, be sure to enjoy it in moderation.

Maker

Sasaichi is a brand of Japanese sake produced by the Sasaichi Sake Brewery in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The brewery has a long history dating back to the Edo period, and is currently managed by the 14th generation of brewers.

Sasaiichi uses Yamada-Nishiki sake rice and in-house cultivated koji mold. It is made using traditional sake brewing techniques with a modern twist, and is characterized by its fruity and refreshing flavor.

Sasaiichi has been highly acclaimed in the National New Sake Competition and is one of the most popular brands among sake connoisseurs. It is sold mainly in Yamanashi Prefecture and is popular among local sake fans.
