皇国晴酒造の主力商品である「幻の瀧」は、名水仕込みの純米吟醸酒です。その名の通り、このお酒を作る際に使われるのは、日本名水百選に選定された「岩瀬家の清水」。この清水は、長い年月をかけて自然に濾過された地下水であり、ミネラルが豊富で口当たりが滑らかなおいしい水です。

Gen no Taki, the flagship product of the Koukoku Haru Shuzo brewery, is a junmai ginjo sake brewed with famous water. As the name suggests, the water used to make this sake is the “Iwase family’s fresh water,” selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. This fresh water is groundwater that has been naturally filtered over a long period of time, and is rich in minerals and deliciously smooth to the palate.

We recommend drinking it chilled for a refreshing drink, or warming it up to enjoy its mild flavor.

そして、幻の瀧を作るのに欠かせないのが、新しい杜氏である岩瀬由香里さんです。富山県内では初めての女性杜氏であり、その手腕は抜群。愛情込めてお酒を造り上げる彼女の作る幻の瀧は、ますます美味しくなっていると評判です。

And an indispensable person in the creation of Phantom Taki is the new toji, Ms. Yukari Iwase. She is the first female toji in Toyama Prefecture, and her skills are outstanding. She lovingly crafts her sake, and the Gen no Taki she produces has a reputation for becoming even more delicious.
