黒田官兵衛孝高は、戦国時代に活躍した武将で、秀吉の片腕として知られています。彼はある戦いで、400人の城兵に「にごり酒」を振る舞い、志気を鼓舞し、3日間で毛利雑賀の大軍8,000を追い落としたとされています。彼の名前が冠された「官兵衛にごり酒」は、口当たりが良く、甘さ控えめで、特に肉料理との相性が良いと女性にも人気があります。この酒は、兵庫県姫路で生産され、黒田官兵衛孝高の勇敢さや精神を感じていただくために名付けられたものです。

Kuroda Kanpei Takataka was a general active in the Warring States period and is known as Hideyoshi’s one hand man. It is said that in one battle, he served nigori (nigori sake) to 400 castle soldiers to inspire them to fight, and in three days they drove off 8,000 troops of the Mori Zouga. The “Kanbei Nigori Sake” named after him is popular among women because it is smooth, mildly sweet, and goes especially well with meat dishes. This sake is produced in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture, and is named to evoke the bravery and spirit of Kanpei Kuroda Takataka.

名城酒造　meijyoushuzou

黒田官兵衛は、戦国時代から江戸時代初期にかけて活躍した武将であり、姫路にゆかりの深い人物の一人です。彼の名前を冠したお酒が名城酒造から販売されており、同社では「官兵衛」を商標登録してシリーズ展開しています。また、2014年のNHK大河ドラマでは、姫路にゆかりの深い軍師として、黒田官兵衛が取り上げられました。

Kanbei Kuroda was a military commander active from the Warring States Period to the early Edo Period, and is one of the figures most closely associated with Himeji. A sake named after him is sold by Meijo Sake Brewery, and the company has registered “Kanbei” as a trademark to develop the series.
