こんにちは、メカ丸です。今回は、三重県伊賀市の若戎酒造が製造する日本酒銘柄「若エビスタ〜」の「純米吟醸」をご紹介します。このお酒は、三重県産の米「みえのえみ」と三重県酵母「MK5」を使って醸された、ALL三重のお酒です。香りは芳醇で、味わいはふくよかで膨らみがあります。アルコール度数は15度で、日本酒度は+3.5、酸度は1.7、アミノ酸度は1.2となっています。

Hello, this is Mekamaru. This time, we would like to introduce “Junmai Ginjo,” a sake brand “Wakaebista~” produced by Wakaebisu Sake Brewery in Iga City, Mie Prefecture. This sake is ALL Mie sake, brewed with Mie rice “Mie no Emi” and Mie yeast “MK5”. The aroma is mellow and the taste is full and full-bodied. It has an alcohol content of 15 degrees, a sake degree of +3.5, an acidity of 1.7, and an amino acidity of 1.2.
