Keigetsu CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo 50

Junmai Daiginjo-shu made with Kochi Prefecture yeast CEL24, with a fruity, juicy flavor. It goes well with aromatic ingredients such as herbs and garlic.

Keigetsu Ginjyume Junmai Ginjo 55

This junmai ginjo-shu is made from 55% polished “Gin-no-Yume” sake rice grown in terraced rice paddies in the Tosa Reinokita region, where the brewery is located, and carefully prepared. It can be paired with a wide range of dishes such as yellowtail shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, ponzu sauce with red bean paste, and pork marinated in miso.

Keigetsu Super Pungent Special Junmai 60

Made from 100% sake rice grown in terraced rice paddies in the Tosa-Minehoku region, this special junmai sake has a refreshingly dry sake with a sake strength of +11 and a fresh aroma and a crisp taste. It is especially good with fish dishes such as bonito tataki, sashimi, and simmered fish.
