【仁勇純米大吟醸】Junmai Daiginjo

秋田県産「酒こまち」などの酒造好適米を使用し、低温長期発酵で醸した、華やかな吟醸香とまろやかな味わいが特徴の純米大吟醸酒です。冷やしてワイングラスで楽しむのがおすすめです。

This Junmai Daiginjo-shu features a gorgeous ginjo aroma and mild flavor, brewed with sake-komachi and other suitable rice for sake brewing from Akita Prefecture and fermented at low temperature for a long time. It is recommended to be enjoyed chilled in a wine glass.
